San Antonio Rules for Junked or Inoperable Vehicles

If your car has been sitting at a residence, check the City of San Antonio's vehicle responsibilities guidance. The city says wrecked, dismantled, or partially dismantled vehicles should not be stored in ordinary public view at a residence; its guidance identifies an enclosed garage, an area behind a privacy fence, or relocation to a licensed auto repair shop.
